The
Membership area is currently in the process of being moved to the catalog area,
where customer information is kept safe in a database (excluding your payment
information). That way, anyone who wants to sign up as a member can access all
the membership benefits totally FREE. You no longer even have to buy anything
to sign up as a member. You simply sign up, and you're in without us having to
send you a password as in the past.
We don't share your information and we don't spam
anyone. Past members will know this is true, and this hasn't changed, and will
never change. We don't like it anymore than anyone else and just won't go
there.
Why do we offer so much FREE stuff in our membership
area if it's not about pushing you to buy something or selling your
information? Because we want our site to be more than just a place to buy
stuff. We want it to be a place where our heritage can be passed on from
generation to generation. However, we don't want this to be abused by people
who just want to copy our hard work for their own site. That is why it is
isolated to a membership area. Not to get your information, since we don't use
it anyway. It is just so that only people who are willing to share their
information will have access, since those who don't usually have alterior
motives.
Because of the new format, all prior members will
have to re-sign up to become a member again. Like I said, it's free, and we
won't ever bother you or let others bother you as a result of signing
up.
