Beaded Shield - Turtle:
		We are truly excited to bring you our new line of beaded shields designed by us exclusively for Native Essence. This new craft idea is really enjoyable for young and old alike. We are using the plastic crow beads (also called pony beads), to keep it light weight enough to hang on any wall. The beads are strung on a plastic mesh guide and then backed with felt to give it an overall quality finished result. This particular beaded shield is the Turtle pattern, which is a symbol used for centuries to represent Mother Earth, since the early Indians felt the turtle carried the earth on her back. This is an easy pattern to make and the results are stunning. The finished size of the shield is approx. 10 inches x 24 inches, providing a real nice wall decoration that can easily be seen from the other side of the room.
