SATISFACTION GUARANTEED (Return Policy):
We stand behind our
products and our service by offering a Satisfaction Money Back Guarantee. This
gives you the opportunity to view any product we carry, just as you would in a
shop, and if you are not satisfied for any reason what-so-ever with all or part
of the order you receive, you may return the item(s) within 30 days from the
invoice date in the exact same condition as they were sent to you to receive
either a full credit against future purchases or your money back (excluding
shipping charges). Please note: if the packaging becomes damaged beyond the
ability to resell the item, there will be a minimum 10% repackaging fee. If any
portion of a returned item(s) is missing or damaged, only a partial credit or refund will
be possible for that item, and there will be a charge of 15% of the total return as a restocking fee.
RETURNS OR INQUIRIES: Please
notify us by phone or in writing BEFORE returning merchandise for any reason.
This will assist us in answering any questions and/or informing you of possible
resolutions to any problems you may have with your order. This also makes us
aware that something is coming so we can look for it and notify you if it
doesn’t show up within an expected time period. No returns or exchanges
accepted after 30 days or on custom orders or special order items.
SHIPPING
SHIPPING METHODS: All orders
going anywhere in the U.S.A. are sent by Priority post (US Mail). All
International orders are sent by Global Priority post. If you would like to request special shipping arrangements such as
Express Post or Federal Express Next Day, or 2nd day, etc., you may do so with
the understood additional expense of the actual freight charges plus $3.00
special handling. WE DO NOT send mail by UPS (United Parcel Service) under ANY
circumstances. Federal Express or US Mail are the only methods we
use.
SHIPPING INSURANCE (optional): During checkout, on the payment screen towards the bottom,
you are given the option to have your order insured against loss or damage during shipping. The check
box is already checked for you to be sure this option is not overlooked. However, we have found it to be
rare that packages are lost, and most of our products are unbreakable, so the risk of loss is fairly low. If
you do uncheck this shipping insurance box, be aware that YOU CARRY THE FULL RISK of loss or damage.
SHIPPING CHARGES: Shipping charges are
adjusted according to the amount of your purchase. We have to do it this way, because most of our products are too
light to weigh as individual items. So even though the post office sets their rate by weight, we have to estimate
it according to average order totals. We have been doing this a very long time, so we have become very accurate in most cases with this
method. The shipping rates are as follows:

The rates above are meant to be an average rate that is
fair for everyone. This means we DO occassionally have to absorb some of the
shipping cost. On the occassion that you order a lot of items that have a low
price but are very heavy, such as metal rings, the shipping cost can become
more than we can, or should have to, bear. Therefore, we reserve the right to
increase the shipping charge up to the actual amount of shipping when the
amount we would have to pay exceeds $1.00. Thank you. |
Please Note: These shipping rates reflect orders going to any of the United States only, or to
our soldiers overseas (APO addresses). All other orders going out of the country will result
in additional shipping charges. The amount will depend on your country. We reserve the right
to charge your credit card the additional shipping expense we will have to pay without further notice.

When will you receive your order?
United
States:
We process your order as soon as we can once we receive it,
which is usually 1-4 days after you place it, depending on the day of the week
we receive it (we try not to work on the weekends). Once it is processed for
shipping, it is shipped the following day, first thing in the morning, by US
Priority Post Mail. All of this means, that you should receive your order
within 5-10 days (usually 7 days) as long as you are within the mainland of the United States.
International:
We do ship orders all over the world using Global Priority mail
services to provide all of you with the fastest service available. First
realise that the shopping cart will default to the U.S. shipping costs in the
table above, so we will manually change your total order to reflect the
international shipping costs. We reserve the right to process an additional charge to your credit card
to cover the additional shipping charges without further notice.
To get an estimate of shipping charges to your particular country, first
remember the handling fees mentioned above, and then add that to
the amount you find by visiting the

Rates Finder on the Post Office site and looking up your particular
country.
